My 9810 had paired without fail until past few weeks. I have tried several types of earpieces (Motorola, Jabra) and none will pair with my phone. I am familiar with process. It is a malfunction - not due to damage of phone or earpiece (brand new jabra)
Some problems related to Playbook and computers pairing with Cell. Most were automobile pairings. None related to my problem.
Read through all Forum discussions. My software is 220.127.116.114 platform 18.104.22.1687
