Recently downloaded the most up to date version of software and now the bluetooth will not stay paired with my suv. I have googled this and kia had a similiar problem and have tried everything that was advised and still no luck. Anyone having a problem like this.

Having same issue on my Sorento, but I may have found the solution. I found this on a hyundai website. :

On the Blackberry, I went in to both the "options" and "device properties"

of the Blackberry and set the following: (Note, these are settings on the BB, not on the car)


- Discoverable - Yes

- Allow outgoing calls - Always

- Contacts transfer - (I use selected categories only, but all entries can


- -LED indicator = On

- Security level - High

- Connect on power up - Yes

- under services uncheck: headset, serial port profile (and everything under this tab and A/V remote control target.

Device Properties:

- Trusted - Yes

- Encryption - Disabled

- Echo Control - Automatic
