Bogus Sale

I received an email this am from ICE COLD APPS. Their email was a conformation that I had purchased one of their software products "PDF Creator Ultimate".  Now I had never heard of this product and certainly did not download it.  I am certain that the app world web site can confirm this fact.

 

I sent an email to ICE COLD APPS to demand that they correct whatever error caused this problem.  I copied 'webmaster@blackberry.net' but apparently this is an advertising only ploy because I received back a message that said that mail is undeliverable to 'webmaster@blackberry.net'.  I would appreciate it if someone with RIM would look into this problem.

Please review the terms of this forum community...it is not a channel for any formal communications to/from RIM. Rather, it is a user-to-user community of volunteers who try to help others out. As such, you post is misguided being here.

 

ALL formal support for ALL things with your BB start with your formal support channel. Typically, that is your mobile service provider, who can escalate cases into RIM at no cost to the end user. But, you should review your original documentation to be sure of the proper formal support path that you should use...it can vary by region.
