Bold 4 9900 - touch sensitivity issues

I am using a Blackberry Bold 4, the phone has issues with touch screen as the screen scrolls automatically and the screen pops up unusually, the screen is restored only after pressing the sleep bottom. The issue is continuing since past 10 days. Kindly help me resolve the issue.

A battery pull should resolve this issue. Remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.

Try that and post back with your results. Smiley Happy

No... Have tried pulling out the battery.. even updated the phone after a security wipe, still the problem persist.. wonder its some hardware issue, but unable to find a solution to resolve.

It doesn't sound like a software issue as I suggested it might be so your best bet would be to have your carrier take a look at it. If your phone is older than one year old and therefore would be out of warranty, replacing it with another phone (BlackBerry, of course) would be recommended.
