Hi all, I have a problem with my Bold 9000;
does not receive any more messages, despite everything else functions.
I've done soft and hard reset several times without effect, there is someone who could help me? thanks in advance! Hello to all!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
While you said "soft and hard" resets, I cannot tell if you did exactly this:
Otherwise, you may try to attempt to boot into Safe Mode:
It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, see what happens.
If the behavior ceases, then think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.
If the behavior continues, then you should ring up your mobile service provider for formal support.
Good luck and let us know!

Thank you very much for your reply.
the service provider I have already contacted me and "reset everything", so that aspect I think there are no problems.
I removed the battery several times but the problem persists.
Using Safe Mode What do I fix?

From "reset everything", I can sadly deduce nothing...I have no idea what they may or may not have done with those instructions.
Safe Mode prevents all 3rd party apps from automatically running, allowing you to see if perhaps one of those is the cause of the problem. In and of itself, Safe Mode fixes nothing...but it provides you with diagnostic information from which to make decisions as to what to do next.
SMS is actually not anything to do with your data services...it is strictly a component of your voice-level services, supported solely by your mobile service provider...BlackBerry actually has nothing to do with it (other than providing you an interface on the device to use SMS). The point of Safe Mode is to rule in or out your 3rd party apps...if things run clean in Safe Mode, then one of your 3rd party apps is the cause. If things do not run clean in Safe Mode, then there is something deeper wrong, and your mobile service provider should resolve it for you. You pay them for all of your services, and that includes all of your service-level formal support...right now, they seem to be delivering neither to you.
