Bold 9650 No sound on videos

I (still) have my beloved Bold 9650; was amazed at the clarity and volume I received when playing videos (say, You know what tube). I still no problem accessing those videos, except the sound stopped working! Yes, the sound  works for the phone, ring tones, etc.
