At one time my Bold 9650 showed an icon in the top of the screen indicating that I have a voicemail. Some time along the way, it is a company phone that they perform global updates and changes, the icon stopped being displayed.
How do I get the Icon back

Has your BES Admin changed the way your device handles voicemail?
Does your BES provide the voicemail or your mobile provider?
Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. Perhaps this simple reboot will get your voicemail notification working again.

Rebooted and still have same problem. I checked with several other colleague who have the same phone and their phone still works after the last company wipe of the phones.
