My Device: bold 9650
My Carrier: sprint

Bold 9650 won't connect b/c of driver issue

I have a Bold 9650 and want to sync it w/ my Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Contacts, etc.  The softward downloads fine (6.0), but my device does not register, b/c of a driver issue.  It seems like I need to update the device drivers.  Help please.  My USB port works for all other devices, but is not recognizing my BB.
