I have reset my phone (disable password), however the browser is still not able to open web page.
So one of your issue has been solved , For BlackBerry Browser as I already said contact your Carrier or Mobile Network provider to activate BIS , it will solve your issue .
Have you still asked your Carrier in this regard , if not then please call them and activate those data plan or let them know your requirement , they will assist you .
Yes you can install whatsapp but still you need some sort of data plan from your Carrier to use it Or try it over an wifi Network .
