first try those steps in the same sequence :
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back

Please I need help. I bought blackberry bold 9700 on Amazon website but it does not browse on GSM network.
I called my network provider (etisalat nigeria) and the customer care told me that my phone has been suspended by blackberry. They advised me to contact blackberry technical support for help. Please help me. I want to enjoy my phone
If possible contact Amazon and ask them for refund of your money. If the device you bought online is reported lost or stolen or if the previous user had any unpaid dues with his previous carrier then it can be blocked or suspended by original carrier .
