My bold 9780 shows a white screen since 3 days. It is then impossible to use it.
My phone is still under guarantee since I bought it in June 2012. Where can I send my blackberry so that it can be exchanged ?

Your warranty coverage and methods would have been provided to you when you purchased your device. That original documentation should have instructions for you to follow.
