OK, I have this : OS is 7.0.0. Bundle 1465
...which seems to be v 22.214.171.124
how to upgrade to 440 if BBworld not functioning? And device tells me I'm using the latest version already?

Is anyone "official" from RIM here, to answer all these questions???? This is more what i "hate" about Blackerry and RIM. The devices are really good, but what RIM never had learned is to COMMUNICATE with customers - I really hate this "sit & wait tactics". I bought a phone to work with not to search the web for updates and solutions to get over the day - RIM... Mike... Come on... No need for a press conferenc but if something went wrong - solve it and talk to us... we are called CUSTOMERS (by the way)

Can't believe how shocking this battery is everyone's taking about it so come on RIM give us an update and solve the issues
I love the bold 9900 but the battery really lets us down!!

my 9900 bettery life is not more then 10 hrs without to use the device (7am to 5pm), otherwise in 3 - 4 hrs it goes down.
I have the OS 1465 (v126.96.36.1996) and no applications running in background.
I only use the set for just a few chat and to read emails on my way back home.
With my previous BB9700 doing the same I was having 3 days battery life.
Really thinking to go back!!!
