Bold 9900 'H' and '0' keys not working properly.


I have a less than a month old BB Bold 9900, gifted to me by a friend from Dubai. I'm in India at present.

Everything was working fine. I observed lately, the keys 'H' and '0' is not functioning properly. it has to be pressed several times, for it to be reflected.... If I want a 'H' or a '0', I must press the key several timesfor it to appear on screen. 


The phone has been handled with care and has a soft leather cover for protection.


Will I be able to service my mobile (bought in Dubai) in India?


It'll be very rude on my part to ask my friend to service it for me.

Welcome to the forums. 


In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.
