Bold 9900 Problems!!

Hello Everyone

 

I have just discovered and joined this forum

Sadly my first post is not a pleasant problem.

 

I had an 8520 Curve for 2 years, great phone no problems but slightly outdated when the time came to change.

I am with Virgin as they always carry a good range of Blackberrys and I get a discount due to having TV and broadband services with them

So I selected a 9900 with them 3 months ago and was highly delighted!

But sadly I am already have had two phones and I am continuing to have problems

You can someone help you until you put up your problem clearly. So try elaborate what is you exact problem you phone.
