Bold 9900 - Sync calendar problems

I am not able to sync calender - all other folders sync.  It starts and then stops - I get a message that says "connector specific error".  The software is 7.1.0.694

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Here are KBs that discuss that error:

  • KB15294"Connector Specific Error" message is generated while attempting to synchronize with BlackBerry Desktop Software.
  • KB26181"Connector Specific Error" when synchronizing with a BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry 6 or BlackBerry 7
  • KB20869 Connector specific error is displayed when attempting to synchronize

Hopefully they contain something useful! There also are multiple existing threads as well as additional articles on this site that discuss that exact error...your review of those might prove useful, and a search of this site, using the error message, error code, or symptom, should reveal all applicable existing threads to you.
