I currently own a Blackberry Bold 9900, which is about one year old. Over the past year I have accumulated a lot of pictures and videos, then suddenly I received a message saying the memory is full. I then connected my device to my MacBook and removed all media, however I still get a message saying that more than half of my memory is being taken up by something. I have deleted all user installed applications apart from the following; Facebook, twitter, facebook messenger, whatsapp), I have checked the memory usage for these applications and together they don't total over around 50MB.
I have backed up my phone and was about to perform a security wipe, however a bit worried when it said e-mails wont be sendable or receivable after the security wipe.
Really struggling, phone works fine, but obviously I'm worried about there being half of my memory used up by something which I don't have a clue about?
(I have enclosed a picture of what the desktop manager shows).

Hello Umar_azm and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
The message you see regarding emails after the security wipe completes doesn't mean email will be permanently disabled, but that you need to resend email service books to resume email deliver (see KB15402 How to send service books using the email setup application on the BlackBerry smartphone).
As for the memory, you have 3 possibilities for storage or memory. Under Options>Device>Memory you will have Application Storage, Built In Media Storage and Media Card Storage. What do you have free for all three types of storage (assuming you have a Media Card).
