I drained my battery and now my Bold 9900 won't charge at all. The store told me it was the device and we even tried using another battery. Still no charge, but this time, at least the charging light came on for a very short time. Since I have very small crack in the screen, they say the warranty is voided. So I have a phone less than a year old that is dead and I have no recourse? Any help??? Thank You.

Can you remove the battery, connect it to the wall charger and see what happens? Insert the battery while it still connected to the charger. AT&T has to do something because you're paying for a service you can't use. What options did they give you? You may have to escalate this to a supervisor.
