Bold 9900 stuck on Update with App error 602

I was trying to update my Device (Bold 9900) sofware.

The 9900 was connected to my Computer, and went through Backup, and Install, then became stuck on Reboot for a few hours. On the 9900 the mesage comes up "App Error 602"

What should I do next.

"App Error 602" appears on the BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry 7

I have followed your link and tried to use KB10144 to reload the software. That is, I removed the battery and connected the phone to desktop software. I said update, then repair.
It gave the measage unable to connect to device.
What should I try next. Tom

I put the batery back, and now the error measage on the 9900 is Error 507 Reload software.
One item that could be giving me trouble may be my media card. It broke and It is no longer in the 9900
