Bold 9900 - voice calls

Person on other side of voice calls cannot hear me.  It is as if the mouthpiece does not work?

Hi & welcome to the community..!!

 

Please go to media folder and try to record your voice and see whether it is recognizing your voice or not, if not then please perform a hard reboot by battery pull while device is ON and re-insert it after a min.

Hi, thanks.  Voice not recognised on recording and reboot did not resolve.
