Bold 9900 will not power up

Hi guys,

Just  any words of wise advice?

My phone will not power up for some aparent reason not  a clue whats caused it

Device info

 

Your carrier: o2

Model info and OS version (Go to Settings, then Options, then about): latest software

 

 

Did a battery pull fix your issue? nope

 

 

When writing your question

Any other details that would help us out with your issue : no responce from the device what so ever no red light or nothing just cant get it to power up

Sorry to hear about this issue. Please try to isolate the cause of the issue by trying to place another battery into it or plug it in to a wall charger.

Hi its beens plugged into a wall charger all night still no response and I've changed battery

what could I do now

Try turning it on and plugging it into desktop top manager, you may need to re-load the OS
