Bold 9900

Monday night I had my phone in my pocket.  When I receieved a message I went to check it and none of the buttons on my phone would work.  I waited awehile and tried again.  Also removed the battery quite a number of times.  It is now 2 days later and it still isn't working.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Bold 9900

Insured Handset: The best thing that can be done is, take your phone to your service provider because I believe that your buttons aren't making a connection.

Non-Insured Handset: here is a video link on how to disassemble and reassemble your Blackberry Bold 9900.
Note: video accessible from mobile only.

If PC access is the only option, cut and paste this in your youtube search.

Re: Bold 9900

Don't forget to run a soft brush to clean the connections between buttons and metal connections.
