Bold 9930 Won't boot past 75%

Hello all!

I have had this problem before, and it usually goes away, but today is different. When I turn on my Bold, it begins the boot process, it stops at about 75% and won't go any further. I have taken out the battery for two minutes, and re-inserted it, which normally fixes the problem, but today, it keeps stopping in the same place. I really don't want to reinstall the OS. Do you know of any other soultions?

Hi BBM4ALL

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

If you don't want any OS reinstall / Reload process then try to boot your device on Safe mode , refer to this KB Article for help :

KB17877How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode

Please note , you may not get success on a single attempt so try this method a few time.

Good luck.
