I have just got a Bold on Orange from the Carphone Warehouse - I am experiencing problems when I am on a call - the person at the other end keeps cutting out. The battery seems to drain quite quickly too. This is my second Bold on the Orange network and really hoped I wouldn't get these problems again. I was wondering if anyone new of the most recent software upgrade I should download to help? If this doesn't work I will have to return the handset and perhaps go for a different Blackberry model.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should definitely download the latest software.
Instructions on how to upgrade are located here:
Just make sure you delete the vendor.xml file BEFORE step 6 and the upgrade should work perfect for you - even though it's for rogers.
