I just received my Bold for the Indonesian market by the telcom provider Indosat. However, my phone has been randomly crashing/shutting down. This occurs twice while I was on the phone talking and once while the phone was left on the table. I have been reading on the forum on software update for Bold for Rogers. Is that applicable for the rest of the providers worldwide? My Bold is running BlackBerry 9000 Smartphone (3G, Wi-Fi) v18.104.22.168 (Platform 22.214.171.124). Any advice? Thank you.

Yes, the software update is definitely applicable to you as well.
Follow the instructions I wrote here:
Just make sure to delete the vendor.xml file before step 6, and you should be fine with the upgrade! =)
