We've deployed a limited number of 9000's into our existing Domino/BES environment, mainly to test them as a replacment for our aging 8707v fleet.
The've gone down very well, especially with regard to the build-in PDF viewer. However we've been getting reports of a problem that seems to have appeared out of no-where.
The units are 9000 v220.127.116.11 (platform 18.104.22.168)
Documents to Go version 1.001.145
We are finding that PDF document sent as email attachments don't show properly.
The user instead gets a large black square with a white Question Mark "?" character in the middle of the page.
You can choose MENU / View Text and see the pure text content, so the document is being received, its just not able to be rendered properly as the displayable PDF.
Additionally every so often we get a pop-up for 2-4 seconds that says "An unknown error was encountered." which flashes up and vanishes.
Its annoying the end users who up to this point were gushing praise on us for our suggested upgrade path.
