Playbook has been connecting to Pearl emails through Bridge for months but is suddenly failing. It still connects to contacts, memopad, tasks etc on Pearl with no problem, but tries to open emails, then fails to populate. It flashes on and off constantly with green waiting symbol circling. Any suggestions anyone?

have you done a battery pull on the pearl and restarted the playbook? I'm also thinking about removing the device from bridge and readding.

Thanks for your suggestions. Had tried them all. However, found the answer in KB29651 with a usefull workaround (use Playbook Browser go to http:/127.0.0.1:187 which links you to the messages using a different interface and it actually works!!). Thanks for responding ...tf
