British Airways App

I've just downloaded the Blackberry App World for my Pearl 8100 but when I search for the "British Airways" app it comes back as No Results Found.  If I just put "Airways" as the search term it comes back with a few options but none of them British Airways.  I can find the App on the web-site and could download it from there if only I had my USB cable with me Smiley Surprised(  - I'm flying tonight and had hoped to use the mobile app - can anyone help?  Thanks.

Each app developer is responsible for porting their app to every BB model number and major OS level combination...that is a lot of porting, and most developers choose to support only a subset. Further, each developer is responsible for the compatibility information that their app displays within BBWorld. Here is the BBWorld catalog page for the app you desire:

When you check the "Supported Devices" section, you will not find the 8100 listed. So, either they have chosen to not support the 8100 at all with their app, or they have not properly pushed their compatibility information through BBWorld. In any event, it is the app developer who is responsible for this...so, your proper escalation place is with them. Hopefully they will be able to reply and (if applicable) fix it in time for you.
