Broken internet problem with 8900 running os 5.0

i have a 8900 running 4.6 is prefect,but some days ago ,upgrade it from 4.6.1.319  to 5.0.0.1067 , then the problem is

 

internet connection often lost ,but phone and sms/mms is good , like some 3rd software need connect to internet went connetion error , but..... but the blackberry browser can connect to internet !!!

 

why?????

Hello,

I think you can try two things : the soft reboot, and if it does not work, the hard reboot. Don't worry, you can't lose data with these two reboots.

Soft reboot :
1) Hit the three following keys at the same time :
- Alt
- Right Shift
- Delete
2) wait 2 minutes for the Blackberry to wake up.


Hard reboot :
1) your Blackberry device is on
2) remove the battery and wait for a minute
3) Put the battery back
4) wait 5 minutes for the device to wake up.

Yes,thanks for your suggestion ! i know this , press alt +shift +delete  twice,then 8900 will be really reboot ,and broken internet problem resolved。 but i still want to know why so did this,any  other solution without reboot ing ?

who know that how diffent  internet connection   blackberry browser and the 3rd programs use  ?

Yes,i think so ,but their some source codes  are not open source .
