Browser Freezes

Everytime I browse on my Bold 9930 I receive a little black icon and it freezes. This lasts anywhere from 5 seconds to 30 seconds. Please help. Thank you.

Please Clear your device Browser data ,Open your BlackBerry Browser > Press the menu key > Options > Scroll down to Clear Browsing Data ( Mark all fields ) then clear now .


Then perform a battery pull restart like this device POWERED ON remove the battery wait a min. then re - insert it back .After reboot see if problem resolve.


To avoid such problem always make sure that no application are running in the background.Please press and hold the Menu for a few seconds, it will pop up a screen which will show all running programs in the background ,generally five will always there ( Home, BBM, Message,Phone , Browser ) 


Always try to Close Applications Correctly - Avoid using the End key to close applications as this simply minimizes the application and leaves it running in the background. Instead, press the Menu key, select the Close or Exit option to exit the application.Don't leave your Browser open when not in use.In addition please go through this Article which might help you to avoid such problems.
