Browser Issues

Hello everyone!


So lately I've been having an issue with browsing on my 9800, if I go to Google image search, it's now started displaying the results page as if it's on a desktop PC. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, however it doesn't let me click on the pictures, which is most annoying!


I've got the most up to date software and all that, but it's just started out of nowhere, not after an update or anything.


I've also been getting some uncaught exceptions recently, but I've not written down the numbers or anything (which is a massive help, I know!)


If anyone has any advice, I'd be very grateful to hear it!

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.


Try clearing the BlackBerry® Browser cache, please complete the following steps:

1.On the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Browser.
2. Press the Menu key, and click Options.
3. Scroll to the very bottom of the options list where there will be a section called Clear Browsing Data.
4. Select the desired options and choose Clear Now.

5. Remove the battery.
