Browser is not opening ...

i have had my second hand blackberry for about roughly a year today (blackberry bold 9700)i upgraded my blackberry for the first time to v6.0.668 after upgrading i tried to  open browser and youtube but wont open other applications that use wifi ti work such as facebook all work fine its just the browser and youtube that will not open please help.

Are you having this issue on both the mobile network and when connected to a Wi-Fi network? Does registering on the wireless network help? Here is how to do that: http://blackberry.com/btsc/KB00510 If that doesn't help, could you please private message me your BlackBerry PIN?

i can connect it to wifi, i can even use facebook but its just the browser and youtube that wont open
