The browser on my phone is not working, both over WiFi and my network connection. But all my apps, IM, and email that uses the internet are working with both connection. It won't load any pages.
It always says: A communication failure has occured. The server may be busy, please try again later.
What I've done:
-clearing the cache and history
-registering through the advanced options -> host routing table
It was working earlier today, and just suddenly stopped working.

Welcome to the forums.
Try clearing your service book database then resend service books and test.
Once you have completed these steps then register your device on the host routing table again and test.
