Am new to Blackberry, so apologies if this is a known problem, etc.
When browsing on my Blackberry Bold, often the browser screen goes completely blank when using the trackball to navigate around the web page and I find myself having to refresh the pages regularly.
Is this a known problem? Does it just require a software update?
Any advice would be well received - thanks!
