Browser stuck on loading - any suggestions?

I have had this phone for 3+ years and about a month ago the browser just stopped working.  I mean it requests a URL and looks like it starts to load but then just loops on loading.  Everything else (testing, email) all work fine.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  I'm on Verizon but it doesn't matter WHERE I am.. No page EVER loads

Re: Browser stuck on loading - any suggestions?

Hello sandraofparker

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Community Forums

Please try clearing your Device Browsing Data ,for that open your Browser > Options >scroll down > Clear Browsing Data ( mark all the fields ) then Clear Now. After that perform a Battery pull Restart like this Device POWERED ON remove the Battery wait for a min. re-insert it back let your device takes a long reboot. Then have a try and see if problem resolves.
