Built-in Media Storage not accessible.

Hello all. I'm currently using Bold 9790. Today I encountered an error after rebooting my phone. It said that "Built-in Media Storage not accessible due to detected errors. Do you wish to repair it now?" . So when I entered Yes, it pops up "Select the storage you want to repair." There's an option to tick/untick "Save Lost Clusters" (default ticked). So I left it ticked and pressed "Built In Media". Then a pop up said "Built-in Media Repair Failed". I've been rebooting my phone for a few times now but the same thing happens. Right now, my phone's memory is wiped clean and BIS doesn't seem to work (can't Whatsapp or Tweet). But when I plug in my phone to the PC, I can still see the files in my phone and Whatsapp messages/Tweets able to come in.

Please help me if you have any experience regarding this matter. Thanks!

Hi munzirhusni

Please refer to this Knowledge Base regarding your issue with your device :

  • KB26025 “Built in media storage not accessible due to detected errors. Would you like to repair?" is displayed on the BlackBerry smartphone

Try those suggestions and see if that help.

First do a backup  before performing any steps .

Good luck.
