Busy and Application Error 200

Please can someone help? My Blackberry Curve is not working properly, where it is showing the Busy Time Watch and not allowing me to access anything on my Blackberry let alone put my password in.  It eventually shows the App Error 200 message, and when I reset it, it does the same thing?

 

Is this device, completely gone? I cannot even access the homescreen.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I try to go to the link provided it states, " You are not authorized to access this Document."
