Buttons arent working please help!

Hi, i have a problem with my phone its a blackberry curve 8520 and all of my buttons have just stopped working.

I restarted my phone after updating my Whatsapp and when the phone turned back on none of the buttons worked even the convenience keys.

When the screen goes black if i press any button it will come back on but other than that nothing else happens.

Any advise??

Hi! Welcome to the forums .

I'm sorry that you're having issues on your BlackBerry.

I suggest to do a hard reset first. To do this: while phone is on remove the battery and sim, put it back after 1-5 minutes.

If this doesn't work I suggest to go 'safe mode' and delete WHATSAPP.
