Wireless calendar and contact synchronization is only available for a subset of providers out there...refer:

  • KB22430 How to enable or disable wireless contact synchronization with BlackBerry Internet Service
  • KB00561 How to configure wireless calendar synchronization on a BlackBerry smartphone

As those say, if you are not offered the option, then your email server/service is not compatible for it.

Hmmm..."OUTLOOK MICROSOFT" can refer to several things that I can think of:

  • Outlook.com (aka hotmail, MSN, and others)
  • Outlook email client on a computer
  • Outlook Web Access

From what you've said, I cannot tell if by this you are referring to your actual email service or something else. In any event, the above linked KBs govern availability, regardless of who your email service provider is.

And that I do not understand at all...is there some error message? Is there something specific you are attempting to configure? From those few words, I do not understand.

Good luck and let us know!
