CAN'T CONNECT TO BlackBerry World Store Setup

Hi, I'm having trouble with the BlackBerry World Store Setup. Within the three steps I manage to get through the first one, but the second one seems to be impossible?! It asks me to connect my phone to the computer and when I do that, it asks for a password and I don't understand which one?! Neither my PIN (the one I type in when I turn on my phone), nor my password (that I type in to unlock my phone) seem to be correct. So what is it looking for then?
Besides, it offers me some sort of code that I have to click on in the 'Select your device' section on the website.
WHAT is that code (typing it in on my phone doesn't work either)?
HELP ME PLEASE I only have 1 attempt left!!

Welcome to the forums. 


When you are entering your password keep this in mind. A password of "123456" could actually be "wersdf" Try this when putting in your password.
