Hello, I dropped my phone I've had for the past 2 years for the last time. I need to access my contacts but I guess when it hit the ground the face buttons got disconnected so I can't do anything at all. I'm due to get my new phone this tuesday and I have a couple hundred contacts, most are important. What should I do? I've tried syncing it and backing it up but that's only for the media card. I can't access the device memory to get into the contacts. I also have like a bajillion texts left unchecked. Anyone have any advice?

Also I'm gonna be bringing it into sprint to get the stuff transferred to my new phone but do you think they could save the contacts at the sprint store?

Welcome to the Community
Please Backup the Device using the Blackberry Desktop Manager on a PC, this will include contacts, messages, calendars, memos, application settings, profiles, etc. Kindly check the link below to guide you through the process.
Goodluck and let us know if this answers your question.

Sorry, I didn't know that we are talking about restoring it on a different phone. You may look for the app Contacts to Excel in Blackberry App World and see if it helps you transfer the contact from one phone to another using excel formats.
