CANT RECEIVE EMAILS!!!!!

My college recently switched to the google email system. Therefore the email addresses went from being yourname@utm.edu to yourname@ut.utm.edu. So i went and changed the email name on my 8330, and it worked for a few days. Then the phone said the password wasnt validated so I entered the password and my phone accepted it. But it still wont receive any of the emails sent to it. HELP!!!!!!!!

I would recommend deleting that email account from BIS, then setup the email account again.  This will ensure that the settings are all correct and should hopefully resolve your issue.

 

Once you've done this, don't forget to resend your service books, just to be safe.
