CDMA and GSM

hello i have a tour 9630 verizon , im in the dominican republic using Orange as my provider, im having problems with the internet connection it says edge in lowcap it means the internet connection isnt working they said to me that i have to change my device cause that's a normal problem for a device that is both CDMA and GSM and that in fact that duality is the main problem for my connection ,honestly i think theyre just not going to face the problem themselves and it would be easier for them to tell me that the device is the problem and not theyre connection,i know that it is not the devices problem ,i would like to know what can i do INSTEAD of changing my device Smiley Happy ...........thanks in advance

Re: CDMA and GSM

Why are you using Orange in the DR? Are they a mobile provider in the DR?

Or, is your device roaming in the DR, and your home service is Orange?

Re: CDMA and GSM

They shut down in Thailand about 6 years ago, Orange is a International Provider.
What you can do:
Reload Your OS
if reloading your OS doesnt help, your best bet would be asking @BlackBerryHelp on twitter for support!
Hope this helps!
