i am using blackberry bold 9000..
now my BB got a problem in the charger port..and i am not able to charge my BB..
I contacted redington pvt limited, Cochin and trivandrum ,in Kerala , India ,but they are telling that they only service the phones which marketed in India only..and they rejected my request to service my phone..
My BB was brought from US..I WANT TO REPAIR MY MOBILE...what to do ?
As per international consumer laws,i have every right to approach the company and its dealers to service my phone...
i am not claiming warranty,i am ready to pay the cost of service.
kindly advice me in this regard..
