I have a Blackberry Bold 9900 and am migrating to a Blackberry Q10.
I am finding that my contacts have been broken up into 3 separate lists:
1) Original email "********@*****.com" - 125 entries
2) "Unknown" - 600 entries
3) "Unknown" - 40 entries
When I am trying to move to the new phone, the contacts contained in 2 and 3 are not being transferred. I also have no way to sync these contacts with outlook (in the hopes of exporting them via CSV file and then reimporting them)
Has this problem been encoutered before?
I had the same problem with a Z10 I bought, and subsequently gave away as a result of the contact issue.,
Please advise ASAP! I have no contacts and it's seriously harming my business!!
Blackberry 9900; 7,1 Version; BIS Server.
Note that I have migrated these contacts from older blackberries perviously, and at one point was on a BES server.

Thanks for the question.
Follow the steps in this KB article to migrate all the address books into one so it will be easier to transfer the data to your BlackBerry Q10 smartphone: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB19704

I have a similar problem.
I bought the new Q10 today and when they transfered my contacts from my 9300 about 100 of my contacts came up with no name.
The 9300 was wiped before we noticed.
I have a backup file on my computer and want to transfer that file to have the contacts from it.
Is there a way to put it on my media card and open it with my Q10 as my Q10 is not supported by the blackberry desktop I have.
