CRADS database error

I get this error message. Please help. Thanks

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for the question.

 

To better help us resolve this issue, I suggest contacting your network service provider and ask to have the issue escalated to RIM.  We will need to gather some logs to determine what is causing this issue.
