CREATE AN ICE CONTACT

"PLEASE CREATE AN ICE CONTACT" KEEPS POPPING UP WHEN I'M DISCONNECTING FROM A PHONE CALL.  I'M TOLD THAT THERE SHOULD BE AN OPTION IN THE CONTACTS FOLDER TO CREATE ONE, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT.  ANYONE HAVE A CLUE OF HOW TO CLEAR THIS?  VERIZON WAS UNABLE TO HELP.

I get that also but haven't found anything on it.

I figured it out.  put a " - ICE" after the name of whoever you want to be your emergency contact, i.e. "JOE BLOW - ICE"

that worked perfectly just make sure you do a hard restart you phone after you save the contact then the message will no appear again (hard restart is where you take the battery out of your phone and put it back in)
