CRTranRec:: GetLinkedRecordId : Invalid linked record Id

Recently had a crash and had to reinstall everything (W7, Outlook, bbdesktop...).  Now my blackberry won't sync with outlook.  I get the following error:

 

CRTranRec:: GetLinkedRecordId : Invalid linked record Id

 

This is messing with my business.  Not good.  Need help! P&T

I suggest this thread:

It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.

Saludos,  es posible saber que contacto es el del conflicto para revisar asi que imagen es la que genera el inconveniente??

de saberlo los usuarios conoceriamos cual es el contacto en conflicto para depuarar el desface de sicronizacion

i figured out what the problem is:   having blank images...

i figured out what the problem is:

 

having blank images from apps like facebook and bbm on the contacts:

just scroll on your contacts delete all the empty facebook images as you record the conatcts they will not be a lot.

look for images only with a gray face and a blue facebook logo. those are the ones.

 

reset the desktop manager to defaul and connect the phone like its the first time.

 

that will solve the problem.
