hi i bought 20 days back a curve 9320 & it everytime heats up . The service at service centre is pathetic . BB has hired a big bunch of fools who keeps telling you that battery heats up due to software n they keep fone for 02 days n then returned . When i tell them its a problem of battey they say no sir its only software problem .
Will never suggest to anyone for BlackBerry . Its better if you can exchange it with iphone .

I have also an iPhone 3GS. The most recent upgrade make this device centuries to open the session or telephone.
No body is perfect.
-I think also that the problem is due to battery, thought your device is relatively new. If it is a second hand, it is even very probable, I agree.
-It is the service centre of what ? Are you sure they are sent in the name of BlackBerry ? Maybe they want to sell new OS 10. I think it is your operator center, where you bought the phone, but I don't know.
-So: the center of what ?
