Calendar Issue

Is it possible to sync my microsoft Windows Live Mail calendar with my Torch 9800 Blackberry?  My PC has Windows 7 and I don't have Outlook.

Re: Calendar Issue

Hello,

I don't think so, but refer:

  • Article ID: KB12268 Synchronization support for BlackBerry Desktop Software for Windows

Good luck!

Re: Calendar Issue

Thank you for the reference.  You're right.  Cannot sync Windows 7/Windows Live Mail Calendar with Blackberry.  Strange that RIM overlooked that option.

Re: Calendar Issue

"Overlooked" may not be quite accurate. There are so many desktop PIMs on the market that it is impossible for a middleware provider to adequately provide solutions (and, therefrom, support) for ALL of them. They had to choose based on whatever conditions they used...likely the most "popular", by some measure. Your PIM simply didn't make the cut as being "popular enough" to warrant inclusion.

Good luck!
