Calendar Syncing

when I am syncing my phone, it stops when it gets to the calendar and windows says that the software is no longer working.  Calendar will not sync.   I have the latest bundle, reinstalled and all that.  anyone else with this issue?

Hi and welcome to the forums!

 

 

Without knowing the following information It is impossible to give you any meaningful advice. We need:

1) Your device model number.

2) Your current device OS (operating system.)

3) Your service provider.

4) What model PC and what OS (specify 32 or 64 bit)

5) What version of Blackberry desktop manager is installed.

6) What type of PIM (ex: Outlook, Lotus, Yahoo etc.) are you using and what is the version.

2. o/s  dont know where to look

3. Rogers

4.dell latitude 6510  dont know bit

5. version 6.0 bundle 2921

6. outlook , micrsoft office 2010

 

i hope this helps.  It used to work. and then I did an auto update and thats when the calendar function stopped working.

To get version information for your Blackberry -- assuming your Bold is 6.0, like mine:

 

  1. From home screen, scroll to the very top and click once to bring up a menu of device settings.
  2. Scroll down to Options and click.
  3. Scroll down to Device and click.
  4. Scroll down to About Device Versions and click.

Here you will find more than you ever wanted to know about software versions on your device. I wish I could help you with your synchronization problem, but I can't even get my own (different) problem solved. Smiley Indifferent

2) Looks like user  Ichabod gave you the path but you didn't post the information.

4) On Dell Click Start>click control panel>click system icon  Windows version plus 32 or 64 bit.
6) KB20654 Support for Microsoft Office Outlook 2010.  KB17149 Support for Microsoft Outlook 2010 64-bit version
